I posted this to my Labor friends. But I let it play as I was doing my FB thing. So I decided I would share it to my Public Page. You may not all know this story. I know we all spent time with our Families and Friends for what I hope was a great Turkey day. Christmas shopping is already rolling and money saved, being spent. It takes a good Job and Benefits to be able to do this. As you all begin, look around our Country and see which of our Fellow Workers will have a tougher time this year. 101 years ago, some Asshats sat around and plotted a good old joke, on a bunch of striking workers, Immigrants. They played the joke 101 years ago next month. Just a bunch of ungrateful Immigrants. There are probably a few families related to this joke, never will know, because the Joker was never caught. There are a lot of versions of this song written and sang by the Guthries. Woody Guthrie, Arlo Guthrie Dont want to be a bummer, but maybe a few bucks to a Worker who will be fighting to keep their job instead.
