I put work into crafting my skills over my own production. My video director puts work into crafting his skills into his production. We share similar views and have a genuine desire for each one of us to make it. I dont half ass my songs and he doesnt half ass his videos. The song is not whats hot, its the overall video because I chose someone who actually believes in my talent to help me produce it. Its a blessing to have someone in your corner, especially one thats not overextending themselves to be apart of everybody elses bullshit...Allah knows best. It would have taken me alot longer to get quality videos produced if I continued wasting time with other local video directors who dont share the same passions or creative drive as I do and overcharge for whack ass presentations...
