I really appreciated Janes holding and the intimate group we were last night. After a long instruction free warm up, we were invited to lie down and receive ourselves, really connecting to the inside and to move out from this place, sometimes alone, sometimes in relationship. There were many dances with others with myself, and within myself, my body, flowing with dance beneath dance, flowing into mutil textured, rich nurturing places and also releasing stuck held spots; energy ciruclating in waves, releasing tiredness, stress, anger, grief, love and again, and again. Thank you Jane, thank you Tammy for your beautiful altar with Green Tara presiding over us, and these words: The late evening crow of deep autumn longing, suddenly cries out. Lovely to see Marike thanks for door, Glen for sound and Ann for clearing. Thank you all for dancing. Im curious to see how my next dance is.
