I recently have had a couple people go over the line with my employees or myself, and I want to make something clear to everyone that consigns/shops in my business. If you swear at, or threaten one of my employees, or myself at anytime rather it be on the phone, or in person, I will terminate your contract immediately. You will no longer be allowed to sell or shop in my store. I will not under any circumstance tolerate verbal, or physical abuse of any type, from anyone. I understand people get frustrated, and tempers can rise, but calling someone a name or threatening to do bodily harm is not the answer. If you do not agree with this, that is fine. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, however I will not cater to such juvenile behavior. Any questions or comments?
