I.s.s. international space station passover.. 10:20pm 5 min view window. London uk. 10 degrees above west. (Merc) For those who dont know much about space.. The international space station passes over twice every night. Usually between 9pm and midnight. First pass over u can see it moving in the sky for 5 mins .. then it dissapears.. this is due to the solar panels catching sunlight but as they rotate it dissapears. Second pass over is usually an hour after the first. . Usually around 1-2 minutes visibility. . Amazing when you know how and where to look. Might organise a viewing evening one night somewhere local and dark and show people the sights of the night with aid of a laser. . Ill show u constellations, info and show u some moving things in the sky like i.s.s. , satalites and shooting stars. Who would be interested?
