I saw Kirk Hammett (lead guitarist of Metallica) in Sonoma today. It appears he got into a minor fender-bender with a local. I crossed him as he was getting out of his vehicle, looking slightly concerned for the vehicles involved. I refrained from pulling over and interrupting him with praises of affection and requests of autograph, as I am a courteous individual and would think that the last thing he would want is a positive identification as one of the biggest rock stars of all time during such a traumatic event. I would totally be ok with him giving me a signed guitar for the generosity I afforded him today. That is all. =p
