I see a lot of ladies lifting weights and sculpting a great upper body and then it comes to legs and for some reason it changes to high reps, body weight exercises, plyometrics and then wonder why they are not getting a tight tush. Now these are all great to incorporate but image you just did press ups, pull ups and plyometrics for your upper body, do you think you would get the same results as you have done by lifting weights?? Just some food for thought ;)
