I shared it. I watched it. I miss that Part of the World-- I was there, for a year, years ago (I was younger, like the kids in the film). And you know what? I couldnt tell the difference between the Jews and the Arabs. And Im beginning to think that, religion aside, what difference does it make? Why all this hatred-- why cant people just laugh, and have a good time, sitting at a cafe, listening to music, sharing a meal? People are people. Ah, what do I know? Im just a teacher, not a politician-- the politicians know whats right for us, dont they? And all those people yelling on the TV-- they must be right, right? Telling us to hate each other? But what if Im tired of hating? What if I just want to Get Along with People? Ah, just forget it....
