I sit here and wonder if there truly is a greater blessing than being able to give back to your parents all that they gave to you when you were growing up. I help dad put his oxygen on eah night as he gets into bed. We laugh a little about the window being opened a little and that we can hang meat in his room come morning. He says thanks Son, i love you and I think about when I was scared as a child and how he would come in, talk to me, try to convince me there were NO alligators under my bed and then leave the light on for me. I would say thank you and I love you and then, I could sleep. And now, God has allowed me to give that same feeling back to him. I love that man and am not sure what our world will be without him when that day comes but I do know that I will have these moments to cherish for the rest of my life. Stay as long as you like Dad... I am in no hurry. Thank you God for the blessings of having mom and dad for so many years. ..................................
