I spent time with a professor in Agriculture but he has frontal lobe dementia and he needs help from hospice. When I asked this man what Irrigation is, he was telling me its the applications of water then he was pointing at his throat. In short he has an idea that irrigation is artificial rain but he has trouble remembering. In short, Hospice has to be providing memory care or Hospice is liable for his care. So iam here thinking did PF care to know how mentally well are those people whose homes were demolished? The govt of Zambia should still be liable!
