I started going to fan conventions, from small gaming conventions to the World Science Fiction Convention (Where the Hugo awards are voted on by the attendees, as in Hugo award winning novel.) in the early 80s. Ive been to a lot of these gatherings. I have never in my life seen two positive articles about a science fiction convention. Historically, these are the events every news station attempts to go Comedy Centrl on. But Anime Nebraskon has done just that. The Dalek in the news video was made by a friend of mine by the way. Im overjoyed to see him getting his work on Television. Im hoping the convention he runs next year (Britishfest = - britishfest.weebly/ ) does better than his wildest dreams. Now if only get can get a photo of Moose Epperson and Moose Mendolia together (probably at the Britishfest booth) my con goals will be complete. Ok.
