I started my first and only job back in 2011. October 11th, 2011 to be accurate. With that being said in three years i have accomplished. Being a part time cashier. Monday - Friday 12-5. Literally 20 hours a week. To a normal kid on the sales floor working MAYBE 25-28 hours a week. To becoming a sales consultant. working 33 hours a week. To becoming the top sales consultant. Working literally whenever as much as i can. To becoming a Sr. Sales consultant. Top Sr. sales consultant. To becoming apart of leadership as a Sr. Sales Consultant. Which gave me Full time hours with benefits! So in three years. Were talking 4 raises and 2 promotions. This time next year i hope to be working my way up to lead sales consultant. Which is a Manager position. Once i hit that. I will have worked every part in retail. Literally. I hope one day to be either the ASM (Assistant manager) Or The Store Manager :) #Goals
