I still had so much to learn from you. But I want you to know that the knowledge I learned from your silence is what carries me through each day. How unselfish you were to give your life to just watch the ones you loved, live. Your unspoken love may have been mute to allot of people but I heard you loud and clear! I hated the deprivation of what so many around me took for granted, the simple things that go undefined and only recognized as something that will always be there. It wasnt your discipline or mere guidance that I will remember nor the fact that I could always run back to you when I had nowhere else to run, because that was never an option......I had silence. With that silence though came a million words. It was the look in your eyes that taught me that it was never a justifiable solution to just quit. With pain and struggle comes great triumph but only if you are willing sit there in silence an endure the pain of life to watch the ones you love live. An uncertain path lies ahead. But it did for you too didnt it? You defied what was given to you that you didnt want to accept and fought for what you wanted to accomplish. The pain in your eyes will never leave my heart and will forever manipulate the man I am to become. Tomorrow is a great day for victory
