I taught a new class today for my new SUMMER schedule! 6:15-7:15 am kickstart cardio, butt toning and stretching. I asked my students at the beginning of class, Who had a hard time getting out of bed early this morning to come here? They UNANIMOUSLY shared that they got up EXCITED to come! One woman even woke up in the middle of the night concerned she missed it! How amazing are the women I get to sweat with! I did film the class and it will be available in its entirety on my new online site for my members soon. Cant wait to share this one. The video will be under 50 minutes, low impact, a sweaty workout that gets the heart pumping, dat bootie toned and your hips stretched out harmoniously at the end. Until I am ready to gift YOU a free week on my site (coming SOON) you can try these few boo-tay exercises we did this morning. I sequence them all together here for a short video experience for you, but go ahead and do 20 of all 3 exercises with minimal to no rest. Go baby go!
