I think its time now for each American to file a law suit against the federal government. They wish to fine each American for not having Obama Care insurance while more than 30,000,000 illegals arent even accounted for that will have access to emergency rooms and clinics. They will not be fined because they have no record of even being here. I see this as discrimination against the American people by the federal government. Unless each person who has foot on American soil are accounted for and treated equally in compliance of all laws to include Obama Care, this law is biased against we the people. If they are here illegally, those fines should go out to them as well, not just on the American people. Any lawyers willing to take this up? Make them disclose every Tom, Dick and Harry thats here or void the law entirely. Landmark Legal Foundation, Mark Levin or any Law Firm willing to challenge Obama Care?
