I thought of MBA..but when I read following books, I realized different angles..want to share with you...but yes MUST read following: a) Beyond the MBA hype (by Sameer Kamat-Judge business School, Collins business publications) b) The personal MBA (by Josh Kaufman-Penguin publications) c) Stay Hungry Stay Foolish (by Rashmi Bansal-Westland Limited) d) Other small books. I recommend all of you READ the above unbiased views of hype of MBA (but subject to different views may happen) Also I learnt that B-Schools wont teach following (though views may vary for some): a) Leadership b) Common sense c) Control d) Practicality e)Creativity/innovation f) Judgement g) Foresight h) Decision making i) Interpersonal skills/relationship management j) Real life case experiences k) Negotiation skills l) most important-Emotional Intelligence If you have doubt, please do ask me????
