I took this video a few weeks ago and now just getting to post it. The wind may drown out some of what I am saying but the gist is that learning tide, current and wind in San Francisco Bay is one of the most incredible places, but make sure you know what you are doing. the current under the GG in this short video is very, very strong. Really a surf board would been really fun in these waves and current. PFD and leash a must as well as let someone know where you are, better yet, train with someone else in these conditions. Weeeee
