I try to only post positive happy thoughts/pictures however I work from home most days and have not had my Windstream Internet connection for over 24 hours as the outage required parts that has caused 400 people to be without service, I guess that was to give me a warm and fuzzy that I am not alone. Who does have spares upon spares for service your are providing to customers. Too many meetings today to commute to the office, I take the quick 10 minute to my Moms to invade her house so I could use her connection, at least she is kind. Come home to find my connection still down so decide to call TW and it gets even better if I want the high speed I need to buy the upgraded base package which Lucky me! Comes with 70 channels. Oh but wait to access the channels I need to pay $17 per TV per Month. What happened with honest service with no hidden costs and traps that actually works. How do I solve with one really BIG glass of wine then get up early to drive to Stow (out of Windstream territory) to use free Wifi while I eat a meal I dont really want. After all that is fair as I take up space on the premise.
