“I urge you, first of all, to pray for all people. Ask God to help them; intercede on their behalf, and give thanks for them. Pray this way for kings and all who are in authority so that we can live peaceful and quiet lives marked by godliness and dignity. This is good and pleases God our Savior.” 1 Timothy 2:1-3< I have a relative who is very wealthy. However, he does not want to share. It seems that he lacks a Christian attitude toward sharing his resources with people near him and around the world. In spite of his abundance, he has almost convinced himself that he’s poor. Based on his attitude, I imagine him praying for God to let him keep his wealth, for God to protect it, for God to keep other people away so he doesnt have to share. I wish that instead he would ask the Lord for opportunities to tell about Gods salvation and that he could have opportunities to share his blessings.
