I used Rustoleum cabinet transformation kit in expresso. Very affordable, no sanding needed. Its been about three years now and all have held up really well. The project was very easy but very time consuming even with my tiny kitchen. It doesnt look like a paint job though... With a good brush, no obvious paint strokes. The work triangle is perfect but Id like to add more cabinet storage and countertop space. I dont plan on anything major for 5+yrs... Thinking about knocking down the wall to the dining room and the wall with the oven, expanding the countertop out for a kitchen bar and add more cabinets to the left wall... Any suggestions, input? I do like that the kitchen is closed off, a little concerned that itd be too open.. Noise from one family room transferring to the other too easily... Etc..
