I visited the Ford Cheras showroom last weekend and the salesman - TopicsExpress

I visited the Ford Cheras showroom last weekend and the salesman never mentioned a single thing about the voice activated commands. You know what I think? He cant speak English well so the car cant recognize his commands. Its probably as simple as that, but he was a really bad sales man overall. There was also an SUV and what you do is swing your foot below the boot and it opens by itself. Cool right? But no, never mentioned that either. The manager must be banging his / her head on the wall in frustration. All those potential customers lost. I do sales myself, though I dont sell cars. I sell thermomix units, and I am one of the best in the company. And every time I go home, my kids talk to me about what I do, I make sure I impart a bit of sales knowledge. We all do sales. We sell our image to a potential boyfriend, we show our skills in 10 minutes flat to the HR guy interviewing us for a job, we try to show off when we sell off our 2nd hand stuff, religion is the ultimate sales pitch, meaning people are always pitching why non believers should join their team, so sales is a skill everyone needs. Be the best sales mentor to your kids. They need the skills.
