I want to share why the ICTC is committed to MEAC maintaining Out Of Country midwifery training programs, by Raising the Standards and enhance regulation in those programs. This just came in from Kenya to the ICTC this morning. Dear shafia, I hope you and you family are doing well. I am Intisar the Somali Nurse who attended the 7th International Black Midwives and Healers conference in long Beach CA.OCT.7,2010. Who was helping you to decorate the conference hall the evening before the conference. I am in Kenya now and run NGO which help maternal and child health, train traditional midwifes, and planning to build one MCH in Somalia every year. I would like to invite the ICTC to come to Kenya and Somalia so you can train us to become trainers, I also want to attend the coming conference Insha Allah.
