I want to thank everyone for the overwhelming response to my post regarding the Chester Panthers and Chester City Council. I will be meeting with council this morning at 10:30 to try and put an end to this senseless attack on our program once and for all. I want the world to know that no weapon formed against us shall prosper! The things we are asking the city for are well with in there means to provide. Most boroughs and cities dump tens of thousands of dollars repeatedly into some of these youth programs. You can see it when you turn on their field lights, open the concession stands, step into their rest rooms, look at their scoreboards, etc. Our children are proud of who they are and who they play for! I believe if some of the members of City Council can put some personal differences a side, theres no limit to the degree of excellence our program can achieve! Take a look at how 2 of our teams are ranking in the entire region(including Delco, Pop Warner, Bert Bell, etc). With that be said, keep us in your prayers. Hopefully we resolve these issues, if not we will be addressing these concerns at the next Council meeting which will be Wednesday the 22nd at 7pm. Ill keep you posted! CPFL!!!!
