I want to thank everyone out there who suggested I get a steroid shot for my back and shoulder. I would put names for recognition yet I know I would accidentally leave someone out! Thank you! I now can sleep through the night and sit for atleast an hour without getting up like an 80 yar old! The shot definitely decreased my inflamation along with my amazing Doterra essential oils and vitamins, Soma Teas, using the TENS unit on my back to help loosen up muscle pain, chiropractor/massage twice a month, exercising and watching my diet (that needs a bit of help during holidays). I am pretty proud of myself to do all of this without popping pills! Yes it took work for 14 months but my liver and stomache thank me I am sure! Again I am not bashing medication whatsoever, I am just saying some do better without medication and yet some truly need it. Personal choice is best. I choose to listen to my own body and not the doctors that just wanted to hand me a bunch of prescriptions!
