I want to wish my Dad (David Tomlin) the best and last 8 Hours of his career at the Salem Hospital tomorrow. 43 years on the job; same place for all those years, is damned respectable! He has told me since probably I was a newborn that he would be the first Tomlin Man in our family to retire on their own terms and tomorrow when he walks out that door he will have proven to himself, his coworkers, his family and the World that you can truly do anything that you put your heart, mind and soul into. I am so proud of him. He is truly my hero and I am so fortunate that he was always there to pass on his never wavering work ethic to me as well. I hope your last day is a great one we are all so proud of you and love you so much. Congratulations on your Retirement Dad, you sure have earned it on your own terms!
