More information on that will be coming next week. 4) All players should be able to sell Mothers Day Flowers that they received as gifts. 5) If you are not able to get in the game, then please follow these instructions: (a) Launch the game (b) Wait 5 minutes (we dont like this either, but the game is downloading a necessary update) (c) Power down the device (i.e. turn it completely off) (d) Power up the device (i.e. turn it back on) (e) Launch the game 6) The Collect All button will be fixed later today. Well have a pop-up in the game letting you know when this is done. In the meantime, tapping the individual items should collect rewards normally. 7) If you had previously connected your game to Facebook, and have lost all your progress with the latest game update, then you can recover your game by reconnecting to Facebook. Tap/click the Options button in the top right corner of the screen (the icon looks like a gear, and is under the blinking eye). Youll see the option to log in to Facebook. That should bring your saved game back. 8) If you had not previously connected your game to Facebook, and have lost all your progress, then please contact Customer Support with your mansion name/ID, and well get things sorted out. 9) If youre seeing the following two problems in the PC version, well be releasing a game update later today that will fix it: a) Facebook log in prompt in Social Menu b) Instability when reading messages Were aware of the other problems people are seeing, and Ill have another update for you as soon as I know more.
