I wanted to give those who have been following the shoulder - TopicsExpress

I wanted to give those who have been following the shoulder surgery from hell an update. Tomorrow is 12 weeks since the surgery and this has seriously been the hardest recovery ever. For the first time since the surgery, I can say that I am out of the awful, gut wrenching, and acute pain I was in. Sleeping is still the hardest thing and my external rotation is improving, but very slowly. He was concerned at my last appointment and we discussed the possibility that my shoulder could be frozen. He told me to push it harder that I ever had and push thru all that pain and I am. I go see him in a week and I know my shoulder is not frozen. I have been working it every day pushing it, pulling it, stretching it and strengthening it sometimes screaming and swearing along the way. So I am convinced he is going to tell me he wont have to go back into my shoulder and I wont accept anything else.
