I wanted to introduce myself. I am new to the group. My boyfriend and I are owned by Peppy, a Japenese Chin that we fostered as a baby and then adopted. I think it was the shortest foster gig in history. He is a puppymill baby, and was taken away from his mom when he was 5 or 6 weeks old. The tinies little tike I had ever seen.
