I wanted to purchase a Samsung Desktop Dock for my as well as the new Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 case so after noting on Samsung.ca the products in question were available in store I proceeded to the Samsung Store in Metro Town, Burnaby. You can imagine my surprise when a very seemingly uninterested sales clerk informed me they did not carry the dock in store but had to purchase it on-line and the cases I was after were sold out. Did he know where else I could look... No, just order them online before he walked away So, just like when I originally desired to purchase my Samsung Tablet at the Samsung Store last fall and was told they were out of stock with no potential delivery date of new stock I went to Best Buy across the street once again. Bingo, I found the desktop dock, the case and the logitech blue tooth keyboard I was also interested in with more of each in stock... Needless to say I will not be making any future purchases at the Samsung store and will instead go to Best Buy where that staff while busy are friendly and helpful and the product I desire will have a better chance of being available in store vs online. Best Buy= 4 sales in total from me including my tablet Samsung Store = 0
