I was challenged earlier today – after I expressed my positive feelings for the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu – why, as an American citizen, I don’t love my own country first? My answer-it is not a matter of choosing who my ‘worldly’ allegiance is to – it is for me a matter of who is truly standing for Truth – Liberty – Freedom in this wayward world we live in! I admire anyone who will not allow the neighborhood ‘bully’ to push them around-and-I also admire anyone who is not afraid to say the truth-even when it is unfashionable to do so. At this time in our current political situation here in the U.S.-I am hard-pressed to think of ANYBODY-Democrat-Republican-Independent-or Otherwise-within the government in our nation’s capital of Washington DC-who is sounding the alarm about Iran! I cannot think of even one! So it is that I take a stand with that one lone voice speaking out from the land of Israel-the only one who seems to be the current holder of good ole common sense out on the world stage!
