I emailed the person, she didnt answer me until late Sat afternoon, and I went over there at 1pm today. I was feeling a little leery, took certain precautions. It was Carrillo in San Leandro, actually a nice little neighborhood, surprisingly quiet considering its right by 880. She had an extension cord right by her front door, so she could show that it worked without me going in the house (smart move). I handed over the 20, and was on my way. Such a deal!
