I was in a resturant (MIS SPELLED ) a few days ago killin time & eatin breakfast. when 2 women came in and sat in front of me..One had her back towards me, mightve been in her 60s, the other around 70s and I could see her face. It was early mornin & quiet besides a few men near the door talkin, so you couldnt help hear the conversation the 2 women were having..It was clear they were mother & daughter..After their order was takin, the younger of the 2 was takin about rest homes.. The older women said she didnt want to go, that she wanted to stay in her house...The younger woman told her she had no choice and she better decide because she had her own life to live and didnt have the time to look after her...Their food was brought to the table & the older woman reached for a napkin to place on her lap.. The younger woman went on to tell her after they ate theyd be lookin at the rest homes..Then older woman got teary eyed then took a bite of food with a tremblin hand..The younger woman told her she could get a few things from her house that she would need, the rest would be sold..She added then, your leavin & not lookin back..Tears started runnin down the older womans face.. I had to leave before I said something, I couldnt stand it...I dont know the situation with them, only what I tryed not to hear...But it broke my heart & I was gettin very angry at the younger woman..She was straight forward & very cold hearted...I still can see the older womans face & hear her pleadin tremblin voice.... AS PARENTS...we work hard all our lives, try to have land, a home to raise our family and this is how were rewarded? Treated by our children? SAD :( this is one person that will NEVER be put in a home IF I make it to that age!!!! These older people have a right to live in their own home until they leave this earth... MY OPINION ONLY!!!!
