I was informed by the office of City Engineer Bobby Divinagracia that my request for a certified copy of the Building Permit and Approved Applications for Fire, Sanitary, Zoning and other Clearances in connection with the Iloilo Convention Center has been forwarded to the City Legal Office. This is puzzling. This request doesnt involve any legal issues. This is a candidate for an Ombudsman case for violation of the Anti-Red Tape Act (ARTA).
