I was just at the local supermarket picking up a few things and as we all know it is that time of the year again where The Salvation Army is collecting donations. I always give something but today I noticed the woman ringing the bell, she looked cold and almost sad or uncomfortable when I asked her what was wrong she said she was cold a little hungry, and I told her to take a break to eat and warm up, she said she did not have lunch, I took her inside made her pick a sandwich and drink and take her break! This is CHARITY too to stand there all day long, sometimes the volunteers need a little extra something too! Lets recognize the volunteers and donate a warm soup, sandwich or drink so they are content too :)
