I was listening to a nutritionist and author on a pod cast yesterday, he said he thinks it would be more powerful and impacting writing a book on exactly how to kill yourself slowly with bad food, no exercise and ignorant lifestyle choices rather then pumping out another generic book on health and weight loss. I thought, literally every man and his dog has seen a thousand books or more on what you need to do to be healthy, nobody writes a book about how to do the opposite because it SEEMS ridiculous! Then I thought ...getting the realisation that this book is describing your, or parts of your lifestyle and in turn potentially illuminating your own path to fatigue, obesity, sickness and an early grave would be pretty eye-opening for most. Any health nuts out there want to weigh in on this?? Im posting this because at the end of the day not getting this right puts you at a higher risk of all the popular ones; heart disease, cancer, chronic lower respiratory disease, stroke, Alzheimer’s disease and diabetes (if you want references, just ask). Not all, but the majority of people out there can avoid a lot of this!
