I was never one for appreciating Ryan Adams over the years, in the recent past, I started to like a few tunes cause a friend liked em so much. Music always has that third element, theres the music itself, ourselves & how/where we hear it... When he talks shit like this, I can only see em as a bit of a tool though. I understand some music statements need to be made when theyre made in order to shed a layer & feel new for a while, but this is a little sad coming from someone like himself. Hes plenty of country music & even produced Willie Nelson at one point, very not cool man...
