Winds of War/ War & Remembrance - Herman Wouk 3. The Stand - Stephen King ( it could have been many of them) 4. The Historian- Elizabeth Kostova 5. Hyperion- Dan Simmons 6. The Terror- Dan Simmons (different genre completely) 7. Dune- Frank Herbert 8. The Master and Margarita- Mikhail Bulgakov (youve never read a book like this.) 9. The Wheel of Time series- Robert Jordan 10. Into Thin Air- Jon Krakauer This was painful, lol. I feel like Ive abandoned children. We need top 10 by genre!! I nominate Karen Glabas next.
