I was nominated by Nathan Kelly to do the ALS ice bucket challenge. It makes people feel good for having done nothing real! Just donate the money! Well, my friend, that is not quite true! According to the numbers, the ice bucket challenge is generating a significant amount of funds for the ALSA. (time/3136458/viral-als-ice-bucket-challenge-funds-raised-15-million/) SIDENOTE: The reason Im not dumping a bucket of ice on my head is for an unrelated reason, although its kind of super related to everything. Yesterday was ecological debt day. That means that yesterday we used up all the resources Earth can produce in 1 year. Which means that we are on borrowed resources for the rest of this year.
