I was putting the kids in the car after haircuts yesterday afternoon and a random man literally came out of nowhere, walked up to the side of the car and said, excuse me maam... just wanted to tell you that God whispered in my ear to tell you that youre a good mom and you speak very kindly to your children. I was honestly terrified inside thinking this dude was gonna kill us on the spot. But, I just smiled and said thank you and he walked away. No harm done. A nice (yet odd) thing to do/say. I guess my point is that its really sad that in todays world I couldnt just take that moment for what it was. But there are so many creepers out there... hard to know when someones just genuinely being kind.
