I was sitting in the courtroom, while the prosecutor was busy talking on his phone. As I was setting their; I did not take my eyes off the judge for once as she knew I was looking at her. It was like she knew who I was and what I was their for. When court started; the prosecutor ask Jan to look at the cell phone tower records that the expert has giving Jan. Jan had no problem letting the prosecutor take a look, As the prosecutor was looking at the cell phone tower records, He shuck his head, put his hands over his face, drop his head with shame, had a blank face that said (what have we done), and most of all could not look at the judge which the judge knew it wasnt good for the prosecutor. Jan wanted all charges drop, but the prosecutor still had doubt, so Jan ask for H.I.P and with the proof shown to; the prosecutor knew he could not fight Jan request for H.I.P. Tyrone and Shaky enter the courtroom with a look of (free at last), but did not smile. As Tyrone look around the courtroom and seen me their he just gave a little smile that he knew something was about to happen. The prosecutor stood up talking to the judge about the proof he has just look at, the judge look as if she lost her best friend because in my mind she was ready to do another denied on this case, but as she listen to the prosecutor she then knew she had no choice but to grant Jan request. Tyrone turned around looking at me with tears coming out of his eyes and both Tyrone and shaky smile so hard that they knew home was the next best place. When court was over I got up walked out the courtroom crying thanking God for his deliverence. Jan did a news interview follow by me doing the same and I set in my truck and just cry thanking God. Jan eyes watered, The new reporter eyes watered because she seen a beautiful outcome of today peoples court, but just know the fight is not over, this is just showing the light is getting brighter for these four young men. We still have to fight to drop all charges which I am claiming in the name of Jesus. I callled Cheri Allen and all you can hear was thanking jesus, thanking jesus which she had already recieved the good news, so I told her to spread the word, and I also call Angee Montgomery she said I just heard, I told her to spread the word as well, but she was already twitting which she already knew. I have to say today was a very good day.
