I was thinking back on all the people who have influenced my musical tastes throughout the years. Certainly my court tastes, like most people, were formed in my high school years, and my friends brought a lot of music to my attention that otherwise I would never have noticed. We didnt have the Internet back then. You had to scour record stores to find unique and interesting things. So my post today – probably much like my post every day – will not be of interest to most of you, but Im thinking of all the songs that remind me of my friends, per friend. Well start with Gary Morgan, because most of his are the most obscure and therefore the most memorable.
