I was watching a show on AlJazeera today that FINALLY acknowledged that animal agriculture is the leading cause of green house gas emissions and other environmental damage, they did however conveniently leave out any mention of the animals themselves or even health. And they werent by any means calling for an end to animal exploitation, they suggest that we switch from cows to insects. How stupid are these people? Humans have zero, ZERO biological need for any animal products. Humans are made to consume plant matter. Some people see this as progress, I dont. Exploitation of some animals over others is not acceptable. In fact, I think the environmental damage caused by exploiting animals is a GOOD thing, its the only bit of revenge the animals get. If humans wont stop exploiting them we all should perish. The only solution to the issues that humanity faces from a health and environmental and most importantly a MORAL standpoint is Veganism. Sadly, this is only more evidence that no one is going to see a VEGAN world, which to the pure at heart Vegan is the only acceptable world. But regardless, the fight goes on.
