I was wondering if anyone knew why this would happen....cooking a beef stroganoff in the slow cooker, using a continental recipe..that uses their mushroom soup, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, beef...and add sour cream later....anyway half way through the onion has gone green....looks disgusting...does anyone know why this would happen? bit too scared to even eat it at the end..would hate to poison everyone.
