I will be the first to say, do the crime, do the time. But when the judge gathers everyone in, says everyone just plead guilty so we can get out of here, that was misleading. Cassie thought if she plead guilty, shed get out on $200 bail and 1 yr probation. The fact was, $200 court cost and a year in jail. No right to a lawyer. This is why Im so upset! She honestly doesnt have the mental capacity to have made that decision in a court room. Just wanted to set the record straight. So when she got back to her cell that day and learned what actually happened, she had an anxiety attack and was transported to the hospital nearly a month ago.
