I will keep this brief. Some of you might have known by reading my posts, but for the past few months, my Cleopatra kitty has been very ill. It has been a roller coaster of Vet visits, medications and a blood transfusion. Last evening, Cleo did not lose the fight, she simply moved on. She was in no pain, she did not suffer, she simply moved on to the other side. We have taken her to get cremated, she will be returned back to us soon. Until then, I have a completed 10x10 film to turn in tonight. The door has closed on the chapter with my baby Cleo in it, the new chapter of my filmmaking career has opened. I will miss you always Cleo, I will see you in a better place one day. Thank you Goddess for giving me the wonderful gift of having her for the time I did, I will cherish every day I had with you. You made my life brighter, you made me happy when I was sad. Now I move forward and remain strong. I hope all of you have a blessed day, make sure to hug someone, make sure to just smile at a stranger, make sure to live your life with grace, strength and dignity. Cleo has returned to the universe and her spirit is with me always.
