I woke up feeling really unwell today with a terrible pain in my lower stomach that made even walking difficult. My face was wet and clammy and even though the heating was on I was shivering like a leaf. Having looked at the NHS symptom checker its more than likely that I have an upper UTI, and given that I just went to plug my iPhone charger into a satsuma, I suppose that being confused is another symptom that I can tick off the list !!!
