I would like to proudly say this.. I didnt drop out of high school. I didnt get pregnant in high school. I will be in college next semester. I have a job now. I have a car. I feel privilege to have all this and proud that I have all this. I will continue making my future brighter. Not one person is going to bring me down with the shit they say about me. Why? Because my parents didnt come here straight after the Vietnam War for nothing. They didnt come here to have their daughter live the way they did. They came here so I can have a better life. My own dad wasnt a POW for nothing. My own mother didnt go through the struggles for nothing. My brother, as much as we hate each other at the moment, didnt raise me by himself at the age of 12 for nothing. I am grateful for everything they did. I am going to continue to work hard because I know in the end it will be worth it. So all the little children out there that are complaining everything in their life.. Look at what you have. What you have accomplished so far in life. You will see many reasons why you should work harder than ever. Stop complaining what you dont have. Appreciate what little you do have. If you want it, work for it. Things in life arent meant to be given to you right away. You have to seriously do what you have to do to obtain the goal you are reaching for. With that said, I, also, need to work harder. I know Ive been slacking. At least Im admitting to my problems. Are you?
