I would like to take this time to personally apologize to all of the clients who are offended by the Black Friday Specials. I DIDNT have to offer anything. Last year all of the clients that purchased them still are raving over it and how Generous I was being. If I in anyway made you feel misrepresented in the offer or deal please feel free to come in and get your money back. Clients were told that the offer was not valid until this coming week. Checks need to clear. Plain and simple. I do not know who did or did not pay w cash or check. So I dont feel as tho its asking to much to wait a few days in order to use them. I am a small salon not a chain I cant afford thousands of dollars in bounced checks. Not saying that they will. I have employees that I need to protect. Its my name on the salon so I am the one that gets held responsible. I have an amazing staff and its my place to protect them and HER job. They have families to feed as do I......
