I would like to tell you all about about Kamrie for Kenya. Kamrie is a grade 8 student at Damians (My sons) school who is hoping to go to Kenya, this up coming summer to help with humanitarian efforts. As part of her fundraising efforts she has made a gingerbread house that she will be selling raffle ticket for over the next two weeks at our school (General Lake, Garrison Petawawa). Tickets will be 2 for $1 or 5 for $2. She will also have large gingerbread boys and girls for $5 each and gingerbread trees for $15 that can be ordered. There is a page on Facebook called Kamrie for Kenya where you can see pictures and details as they become available, I will let everyone know how to donate directly, and keep you up to date with fundraising incentives! Lets show some love for a super kid, doing something amazing!
