I would say that this description of my personality is absolutely accurate. ;) ISFJ - DESCRIPTION ISFJs are warm and kind people who value harmony and cooperation. They are very aware of and concerned by other peoples feelings, which make them very likable personalities. They usually have a rich inner world that is hard to guess. ISFJs have an exceptional memory for things that are important to their value systems.They are very good listeners and are very sensitive to other peoples feeling as well as to their own feeling: they generally remain very discrete about what they understand until they feel the individual really needs help. They have a strong sense of responsibility and duty and can be counted on to follow through.They generally avoid conflict and tend to place other peoples needs over their own. They look for positive feedback from others and dislike criticism which discourage them. They would need to give themselves the same kindness they have for others. They understand better by doing rather than learning about theory and concepts. They need to understand and see practical applications before they execute the tasks. They also tend to believe that things are the way they are because they work, which explain why they generally do not try to innovate. They value traditions, security and kindness.
